About the Project

Greener Futures is an interactive and fun educational website that raises awareness of a broad range of environmental and sustainability issues. The website has comprehensive links to the national curriculum for Key Stages 1 and 2. The website comprises a lifestyle audit questionnaire and classroom data analysis tools, a panorama and educational online games.

The Key Stage 3 site was developed separately and can be found at www.thegreenplanet.co.uk

The Greener Futures national lifestyle audit questionnaire will build up a comprehensive database of young peoples' environmental lifestyles. The survey will be the biggest undertaken in Britain. The lifestyle audit is undertaken by pupils and their parents to discover how well we are caring for the environment or how we are damaging it.

Any school with a DCSF number can register to use the questionnaire part of the site, all schools can use the panorama and interactive games. This site is free to use.
